泰厚 CHILL 點數券列印是給門市夥伴用的 iPad 工具,只做一件事:把總部匯入的點數券印成一疊 QR 券,放在櫃檯給客人。它不查訂單、不看報表、不填日報,也不會碰到任何客戶資料。

Taiho Chill Voucher Printing is an iPad tool for our store staff. It does one thing: print a batch of point-voucher QR codes for the counter. It does not show orders or reports, and it never touches customer data.

找不到印表機The app cannot find the printer

  1. 確認印表機電源開著,面板燈是亮的。
  2. 確認連接線兩端都插緊 — 印表機那一端也要檢查,它比較容易鬆。
  3. 確認那條線不是純充電線。
  4. 以上都對還是找不到,把印表機關掉再開,然後重開 App。

★ 純充電線是最常見的原因。外觀跟傳輸線一模一樣,插上去印表機也會亮燈充電,但它沒有資料線,所以 App 永遠掃不到。手邊有另一條線就換一條試試看。

  1. Check the printer is powered on and its panel light is lit.
  2. Check both ends of the cable are firmly seated — including the printer end, which works loose more easily.
  3. Make sure the cable is not a charge-only cable.
  4. If all of the above are fine, power-cycle the printer, then restart the app.

★ A charge-only cable is the most common cause. It looks identical to a data cable and the printer will still light up, but it carries no data lines, so the app will never see the printer. Try a different cable.

印出來的 QR 掃不到The printed QR code will not scan

  1. 到印表機的設定頁調高列印濃度。這是最常見的原因 — 濃度太低,QR 的黑點會偏淡,手機讀不到。
  2. 檢查熱感紙是不是裝反了。裝反的話整張是空白或很淡。
  3. 如果紙上有直線白條,是印字頭髒了,用酒精棉片輕輕擦過。
  1. Increase the print density in the printer's settings page. This is the most common cause — at low density the QR modules print too faint for a phone camera to read.
  2. Check the thermal paper is not loaded upside down. If it is, the output will be blank or very faint.
  3. If you see vertical white streaks, the print head is dirty — wipe it gently with an alcohol pad.

印到一半沒紙,或 App 中途被關掉Ran out of paper, or the app closed mid-print

重開 App 就好。它會問你這一批實際印出幾張可以用的。照實填。沒印出來的那些會自動退回券池給別人用,不會浪費。

如果是中間幾張壞掉（卡紙、換紙那段）,選「中間有幾張壞掉」;如果是印到一半就沒紙了,選「印到一半沒紙了」。兩種處理方式不一樣。

★ 不要少報,也不要多報。這個數字是總部對帳的依據 — 少報會讓已經印出來的紙被當成沒用過,同一個 QR 就可能被印第二次。

Just restart the app. It will ask how many vouchers in that batch actually came out usable. Answer honestly. Anything that did not print goes back to the pool for someone else — nothing is wasted.

If a few in the middle were damaged (paper jam, roll change), choose "some in the middle were damaged". If the paper simply ran out partway, choose "ran out of paper partway". They are handled differently.

★ Do not under- or over-report. Head office reconciles against this number. Under-reporting makes already-printed paper look unused, and the same QR code could then be printed a second time.

券池顯示 0 張The voucher pool shows 0

券用完了,聯絡總部匯入新的一批。

券池是全公司共用的,不是每間店各自一份 — 別間店取走券,你看到的數字就會少,這是正常的。

The pool is empty — ask head office to import a new batch.

The pool is shared company-wide, not per store. When another store takes vouchers, the number you see goes down. That is expected.
