This app is developed and operated by GrayBoss Digital Strategy Co., Ltd. on behalf of Taiho Chill.

The app is for Taiho Chill store staff only and is not open to public registration. It does exactly one thing: print point-voucher QR codes that customers can take at checkout.

There is a single reason for collecting this: reconciliation. Once a voucher is printed it becomes a piece of paper. We need to know who printed it, when, and at which store, so we can trace it if a customer later reports that a code will not scan.

All data is stored on our own servers, located in Taiwan. We do not use third-party cloud analytics or third-party marketing platforms.

All traffic between the app and our servers uses HTTPS. The only thing kept on the device is the login access token — no personal data is stored locally.

Retention periods:

• Account data (phone number, user ID) — kept while the person is employed; deleted within 90 days after they leave or the account is deactivated.
• Print records — kept for 2 years for voucher reconciliation and auditing, then automatically removed.

To request earlier deletion, see section 6.

Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, you may at any time request to:

• Access — see what data we hold about you
• Correct — have inaccurate data fixed
• Delete — have your account and related data removed
• Restrict — ask us to stop collecting or using your data

Email us at the address in section 7. We will respond within 30 days, free of charge.

If this policy changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Any change to what we collect or how we use it will additionally be announced inside the app.
