We collect three things, for one reason: reconciliation. No sharing, no ads, no tracking.

Who we are

This app is developed and operated by GrayBoss Digital Strategy Co., Ltd. on behalf of Taiho Chill.

The app is for Taiho Chill store staff only and is not open to public registration. It does exactly one thing: print point-voucher QR codes that customers can take at checkout.

What we collect, and why

We collect only these three:

  • Phone number — used as the staff login ID
  • User ID — to record who printed which voucher
  • Print records — time, quantity, and which store

We do not collect any of these:

  • Location
  • Camera or photos
  • Contacts
  • Any customer personal data
  • Advertising identifiers (IDFA)

There is a single reason for collecting this: reconciliation. Once a voucher is printed it becomes a piece of paper. We need to know who printed it, when, and at which store, so we can trace it if a customer later reports that a code will not scan.

Where your data is stored

How long we keep it
